Great quality product, beautifully packaged .
Only disappointment was that it arrived a week later than stated. Apparently they ran out and had to make a new batch but I only found this out when I contacted them to query the lateness. Most sellers would have contacted the buyer first to let them know this and warn them of the delay

If you wish to cancel an order, please email sales@madebycoopers.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, please return unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 21 days for a full refund.
Unfortunately, return postage and any initial postage fees are non-refundable unless the order was sent by error or there was a problem with your order.

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, you have a complaint about your item or would like a refund, please email sales@madebycoopers.com and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
It is essential we have proof of purchase and photos of the damage to be able to do this.
