How to use

The Self Care Steps

Step 1 - Run a warm bath and pour in a generous handful of Vanilla Rose Bath Salts and allow to dissolve - breathe in the beautiful scent of Ylang Ylang and Vanilla and note how you are feeling.

Step 2 - Light your Calm candle and turn off the lights, this will create a relaxing atmosphere as the scent of Lavender, Rosemary and Frankincense infuse the room.

Step 3 - Relax in the bath and do nothing! Maybe play some ambient music but don't rush this step! This is your time for self care and relaxation and there no need to do anything but enjoy it. The minerals in the salts need at least 20 minutes to absorb through your skin and into your body. However, we recommend you stay in the bath for longer!

Step 4 - Dry off, get into your favourite comfy pyjamas and into your bedroom. Mist the room and pillows with Sleepy Head Room & Pillow sleep spray. Breathe in the scent of Lavender and Frankincense and feel your self relaxing more and more.

Step 5 - As you lay in bed, place the eye pillow over your eyes. Breathe in for a count of 4, hold for 2, and breathe out for 6 seconds. Repeat several times until you feel fully blissed out!

Step 6 - You should now be calm and relaxed and ready for a night of deep sleep.
