We have put together the ultimate Self Care bundle for relaxation and sleep preparation. So take some time for yourself with no interruptions and prepare to get blissed out!
Step 1 - Run a warm bath and pour in a generous handful of Vanilla Rose Bath Salt Blend and allow it to slowly dissolve - breathe in the scent of Ylang Ylang and Vanilla and note how you are feeling before you start.
Step 2 - Light your Calm candle and turn of the lights - this will create a relaxing atmosphere and infuse the scent of Lavender, Rosemary and Frankincense into the room.
Step 3 - Relax in the bath and do nothing! Perhaps play some ambient music but do not rush step 3, it's where the magic happens. This is your time for self care and relaxation and there no need to do anything but enjoy it. The mineral rich salts need at least 20 minutes to absorb through your skin and into your body, but we recommend you stay in the bath longer!
Step 4 - Dry off, get into your favourite comfy pyjamas and move into your bedroom. Mist the room and pillows with our Sleepy Head Room & Pillow spray. Breathe in the scent of Lavender and Frankincense and feel your self relaxing deeper and deeper.
Step 5 - Lie on your bed, place the Eye Pillow over your eyes, and breathe in for a count of 4 seconds, hold for 2, and breathe out again for 6. Repeat a few times until you feel fully blissed out!
Step 6 - You should by now feel calm, relaxed and ready for a night of deep sleep. Remember, creating a sleep ritual that allows you to naturally drift off is the biggest act of self care you can give yourself.
- Write any ‘to-do’s’ on a piece of paper so you can fully off load those kind of thoughts from your mind.

- Set your phone to airplane mode
- Get your fluffiest towel and cosiest pyjamas ready!
