Really lovely sleep balm. Amazing scents and so soothing on the skin.

This item was a gift so I can’t comment in detail on its quality.
It was beautifully packaged and arrived a day outwith the arrival time suggested … down to the courier not the dispatch.

Comfort in a jar!! That same aaaah feeling you used to get when you smelt a jar of Vicks to help you breathe is the same feeling when you apply this silky balm to your pulse points. I put a tiny finger scoop on the back of my hand and then put a tiny bit on my forefinger and rub my two forefingers together then rub into my temples. I do the same again but rub behind my ears. With the remainder of the balm on the back of my hand i spread onto my wrists and rub my wrists together and you start to smell the aromas of this beautiful balm. I then inhale the balm that has been warmed up on my wrists three times , drink my warm mug of Cocao and all set for a sound sleep. Highly recommend. 5 stars from me.

I have used sleep balm for two nights now; On wrist, temple and feet; unless it’s coincidence I’m sleeping like a baby. Going to sleep and staying asleep, not waking at all hours. Very pleased so far anyway.

It’s my go to product at bedtime

I use this every evening after my shower to massage into my décolletage, tops of arms and elbows. The scent immediately helps me relax and makes my skin beautifully soft. I can’t bare to be without it so I always have a backup.
